Recommendation:
This engine has been developed to be used with a fuel
with a maximum of 25% nitro content and with an oil
percentage not lower than 10%. We therefore suggest
not to use it with different percentages compared to
the ones specified here above. |

Glowplug:
The glowplug of engine is a Standard type glowplug.
Standard glowplugs have a different shape than Turbo
glowplugs and therefor are not interchange able with
engines that are using Turbo glowplugs! |

Sleeve:
The sleeve has 5 transfer ports , the best compromise
to make a linear power supply with minimal fuel consumption
combination possible.
The sleeve is made from hard-chromed brass, in combination
with a alloy piston gives a true ABC combination. |

Crankshaft:
The diameter has been increased to 14,5mm to improve
the torsional resistance ; the balancing has been obtained
putting one wolfram alloy insert in the crankshaft. |

Coolinghead:
The coolinghead of this engine is made in
the same lightweight style as the PLUS 2 engines.
The aditional holes that are drilled in the cooling
fins reducing the overall mass of the engine. |

Rear
ball bearing: The outer diameter of 26.00mm
has been adopted in order to avoid ring distorsions
and to increase fatigue resistance. |

Rear
cover: The rear cover presents a round shape,
this minimises the dead space and allows easy access
for quick check-up. |
 |

 |
Crankcase:
The crankcase of the PLUS 21-5K and PLUS 21-5KT has
7 transfer ports compared to the 5 transfer ports that
are in the sleeve. |
